Sleep data being deleted and not collected

ANSWERED

All my sleep data in history is being deleted as I open it up and replaced with ‘No Data’

New night 5-6 August is ‘No Data’

The problem was at Google's end. It is now resolved according to support.
They made the same (standard) suggestions to me but my data came back
without having to take any action.

My Charge 6 sleep benchmarks info is no longer appearing in the app. Is loss of information part of the update??????? Is there a way to restore the benchmarks????

Hello @PennyBright

Are you getting your Sleep stages graph? Do you see the bubble that says "30 day average"?

As far as I know, there wasn't a change to the sleep graph options for Benchmark or 30 day average after the recent app updates. Those should still be available to you.

Which version of the Fitbit app do you have? To check:

  • Tap your picture in the upper right of the Today page in the Fitbit app
  • Tap Help in the menu that opens
  • The Fitbit version info will be on the Help page
