Today suddenly my fitbit start to show the wrong time.
My time zone is Bangkok GMT+7:00 but the watch show the UTC time.(7 hours slower from my time zone)
I've try change to other location with GMT+7:00 in the setting but it still show the UTC time.
Meanwhile, I've tried Tokyo GMT+9:00 the time is shown correctly. (2 hours faster than my time zone)
Is there any way to fix this or is this somekind of bug?

I checked the customer support hours and they should be online but isnt allowing me to contact them. Funny thing is when i swapped from 12 and 24 hours display the time changes accordingly but time zones are still the same.

Same...from Singapore here (GMT +8). Tried to change to similar time zones but different cities (HK, Shanghai), but nope. Charge 6 time display is still 8 hours behind the actual time. And worse, it is also not displaying my sleeping hours or score!
I'm having the same issue here. the time it shows is 5 hours behind. I reinstalled the app, restarted my device even played around with selecting different timezones for my phone and my device, nothing fixed it
Best AnswerHello! I JUST changed my location to China and Time Zone to Shanghai AGAIN cos Shanghai is in the same timezone as SG, synced and restarted Charge 6, and this time, it WORKED! My sleep score and hours were updated as well! Only issue is it is asking me to update my language to Chinese (which I cancelled). You may wish to give it a try?

Best AnswerI woke up and the time on my Fitbit was wrong (5 hours behind).
I tried restarting my Fitbit, reinstalling the app. Even went through the setup process again
I read that changing timezones from your phone and the fitbit settings can fix this but that also did not help at all
Any one knows how can I fix this?
