To much vibration

Hi have been getting these charges since the second one I think came out and through the years they are finally taking care of certain things like the horrific back screen that was not fixed on 4??? was fixed on the 5. But the problem I have now is this continuous vibrating issue. I don’t understand for the life of me why there is no low setting or an offset for the vibration. This normal setting vibration, vibrates louder and harder than my iPhone does because I put them right next to each other and watch them move. That shouldn’t happen. And if it does, you should have an option to turn off vibration completely. Now, if I am missing something here, please let me know, but let me just go down the list of things that’s vibrating for  When I moved a couple hundred steps and I met one particular small goals like when my rate goes up, a few different things it does it for. Things I would not want it to vibrate for because I don’t care about that stuff. I don’t want to vibrate at all  I don’t use it for that kind of stuff, so is there anyway to cut down on this or are we just stuck with it the same way we were stuck with the screen that you could not read outside for years until it was finally fixed. I love this watch, and I always have ever since I was given one for Christmas. It is an amazing tool for people who actually see what their results are from sleep to heart right now, but mostly for steps and things like that that help me and that’s why I’m so adamant about having a charge this thing more than I would have to and it’s obvious I’m going to. There were always these little problems that for some unknown reason Fitbit never wanted to address. The YouTube music thing that’s great I have premium I guess that’s OK. I don’t use it for that because I take my phone everywhere. Again, the GPS is not that big of a deal for me. I don’t need to know where I’ve been because I know where I run and walk every single day. The pay I don’t know I have never used it yet. I’m going to try I have already set up. These are things that r not as big for ME. What we need is to have full control of every option that’s on the watch starting with  Vibration settings,
Richard

Hello @Capt15nyy955

You might want to check the list of push Notifications in the Fitbit app settings. I believe several of them are enabled by default.

To get to the Fitbit app settings:

  • Tap on your picture/icon (Android) / gear icon (iOS) in the upper right of the Today page in the Fitbit app
  • Tap on Fitbit app settings
  • Tap on Notifications
  • Take a look at the Push Notifications and turn off those you don't want
  • Although I don't think you need to, it's probably a good idea to do a manual sync

Hopefully, these steps will help you turn off the unwanted notifications.
