how to enable SpO2% tracking on my Charge 6? The device shows the category but no data. Same for the app, under "Health Metrics" - "No data in the past 24 hours". In my case, not just the "last 24 hours", but not ever - several months now.

@Stuckyville
What country are you located in? SpO2 is not available in all countries, it needs to be approved by the appropriate health agency in your country. Check this page to verify availability.
If you are located in an approved country, SpO2 is measured while you sleep, it is not available on demand.

I'm in the USA
"SpO2 is measured while you sleep, it is not available on demand"
"In your sleep" is exactly what I was expecting. Not getting it.

Hi @Stuckyville ! Welcome back to the forums !
I appreciate your message, and I'm sorry to hear you are not getting the SpO2 data with your Charge 6.
I'll be happy to propose you some advice regarding the SpO2 data.
If you see dashed lines on the clock face or SpO2 tile, a message that the SpO2 data couldn’t be read, or missing data in the Health Metrics tile in the Fitbit app on your phone, keep in mind the details shown in the following help article : Why didn’t I receive SpO2 data?
The complete article about SpO2 can be found here : How do I track blood oxygen saturation (SpO2) with my Fitbit device?
@gdio53 Thanks for your help ! I appreciate it.

I followed the linked articles. The Sp02 tile shows a dashed line (indicating "no reading"?). The app indicates that Sp02 is already installed. The Health Metrics on the app indicate "Oxygen saturation - No data in the past 24 hours".
So what's next? Could this be related to the fact that I usually get no sleep data, and when I do get sleep data it is wildly under reported (https://community.fitbit.com/t5/Charge-6/Charge-6-not-tracking-sleep/m-p/5721016#M17919)?

Hi @Stuckyville ! Thank you for your message and for the additional information provided.
This is related to the sleep data, not reported or underreported.
I suggest you to keep in mind the content of the following help article : Why aren’t my sleep stages showing up today?
(Sleep stages require at least 3 hours of sleep. If you slept for less than 3 hours, you won’t receive sleep stages.)
During your next sleep, could you please try to wear your device in the other hand? And/ Or wear it under your wrist ?
In this way, we could evaluate if there is a change in the readings.
Finally, could you please confirm if you already have restarted your tracker ? How do I restart my Fitbit device?

"If you slept for less than 3 hours, you won’t receive sleep stages."
This would be a problem for people with sleep apnea, or for older men with older prostates . . . who rarely, if ever, get 3 hours uninterrupted.
I have just now reset the FB. I'll wear it under the wrist tonight

OK, after all the preliminaries (app is installed, device is reset, etc) I wore it under my wrist last night. This morning, after refreshing, I observed:
1) Still no reading for Oxygen saturation under "Health Metrics" ("No data in the past 24 hours")
2) Sleep tracking was improved, but still seems wildly under-reading. Most days I get "no data available", and when there is data, it says I only slept one to two hours. This time it says I slept a total of 4h 46m, in three different periods. Sometimes saying I was asleep at times I know I was awake, though still in bed.
In a previous thread, dealing with just the sleep tracking, I noted that one night my wife and I traded devices (we both have a Charge 6). My device on her recorded reasonable time, while her device on my wrist still wildly under stated my sleep, proving it is something about me, not the device.

(Sleep stages require at least 3 hours of sleep. If you slept for less than 3 hours, you won’t receive sleep stages.)
So how is it that when I do get sleep data, it is usually less than three hours. For instance, Feb 26 reported 1 hr 26 min.
