I cannot activate the irregular rhythm notifications feature. After the setup I get to eligibility verification and cannot proceed. I am obviously not among those for whom the feature is not available. Suggestions?

I just tried again and was successful. I noticed there is a 2nd input point below ‘date of birth’ box which is initially hidden by the text on the screen so if you scroll up you will see there is a box where you have to answer yes or no to ‘have you been diagnosed..’ question. Once you’ve answered this you can proceed with the rest of the Afib setup.
Hello @Mark5519
I've seen other users recently reporting issues with activating/installing the irregular rhythm notifications feature. So far, I haven't seen a workable solution.

I have been trying for weeks, after I hit setup nothing happens except a blank screen and the app freezes.
I read in another post that the Fitbit app version 4.08 is supposed to fix the issue with setting up the Irregular Heart Rate Notifications. Also, a recent Moderator post mentioned that version 4.08 should be rolling out to all users by the end of this week (19 Jan 2024). Hopefully, the app update will resolve the issue.

I just got the Charge 6 and can't get access to the Irregular Rhythm notifications either. Under Health Assessment the tab with Irregular rhythm notifications says "this feature has been turned off" Well, how do I turn it back on? If I tap on it I get the "google" sign in page and then it goes to some blank page with a little "privacy - terms" icon in the lower right corner. Clicking on that give me "protected by reCAPTCHA" and then a page with the entire 'terms of service'.
None of the previously mentioned 'solutions' have worked for me.
This is the image I have in Health Assessments:
Best Answer@CRKen Please try the following steps. Tap on your device/battery icon, then your Charge 6 tile. Tap on Heart Rhythm Notification and see if you can set it up again.
Some app changes settings apply to any device that is on your account. It looks like you must turn this on for your new Charge 6. Not all models support the Irregular Rhythm Notification.

Take a look at the Fitbit help site for further assistance and information.
Unfortunately, I get the same result.
The one thing I haven't tried is completely removing the fitbit app and starting over again, but I'm worried I'll screw up something in the process.
Best AnswerTo add more intrigue, my wife has a Charge 6 and the same model iPhone, and she has the Irregular Rhythm feature activated. I've checked birth date as well, and that's accurate, too.
