Hello, Fitbit. I have over 30 years of marketing experience and am desperately trying to understand why the heck you would limit Ace trackers to family/child accounts. Seriously, what in the heck are you thinking? Why would you put such an unnecessary restriction on a tracker and force your adult users of the Ace 2 and Ace 3 to split their account?

I used to have my Fitbit Ace two pair just fine with my adult account and it stopped working in November. I don't know why you would take away the ability for adults to pair this device with their account but leave the ability for a child to turn 13 and migrate to the adult account.

There is no current way to add an Ace tracker to an adult account (they are only allowed to be added to children's accounts), but yet adults are physically able to wear them. Simply add the Ace trackers (I need Ace 2 added, because that is what I wear) to the list of devices an adult is allowed to add when they go to set up a device.
