Yesterday i bought the Fitbit Charge 3. Everything is fine. Except the female tracking tile. It shows grey as if it crashes or just stops loading, when I tap the tile. I tried every solution (delete the tile, on/off iPhone, on/off Bluetooth, removing te app en install it back). Nothing seens to work. Can anybody give me the solution to this problem? Thanks.

Welcome on board @DorienG, it's nice to see you here! Please make sure you are updated to the latest app version - 2.81.1 for iOS. If you are, let's try the following:

  • Log out from your Fitbit app
  • Force quit the app
  • Turn off the Bluetooth
  • Shut off your phone and turn it on after 1-2 minutes
  • Turn on the Bluetooth
  • Log back into your Fitbit app

If the issue persists, can you please send me a screen shot showing the tiles available on your Fitbit app?

To show, hide, or rearrange tiles on your dashboard:

  1. From the Fitbit app dashboard, tap or click Edit at the bottom of the dashboard.
  2. To hide tiles, tap the x or -  icon in the top left corner of the tile you want to hide.
  3. To show hidden tiles, tap or click the + icon in the top left corner of the tile you want to show.
  4. To rearrange tiles, hold and drag the tile to a new location.
  5. Tap or click Done.

Hope this helps, I'll be around. Keep me posted!

Hi

The app is up to date. I tried logging out and restarting the phone but it still doesn’t work.

Could it it help to delete the app and reinstall it? Or do I lose all my data if I do that?

Do send you the screenshots here or in an other way?

Hey there @DorienG, thanks for getting back! Before uninstalling your app, I'd recommend to sync your tracker. Once you've synced, try uninstalling and reinstalling the app.

Please send the screen shots here. In order to add a photo to your reply:

* When you're in the reply page, click on the Photos icon.

AddPhoto1.PNG

* Then, click on the Choose File in the middle of the grey window that will pop up

AddPhoto2.PNG

* Search for the photo on your computer and click on Open.

AddPhoto3.PNG

* Once the image shows up in the grey windows, select the size and the position (1) and click on Done (2)

 AddPhoto4.PNG

I hope this can be helpful; give it a try, I'll be waiting for your reply! Smiley Wink

Hi everybody,

Had the same problem on my iphone 6.

My smart boyfriend found the problem!

If you change the language of your ipone from 'Dutch' to 'English', then the female health app does work!  After you started the female health app and put in your settings, you can change the language of your iPhone back to 'dutch' and the female health app still works!

Kind regards,

Domi

Welcome on board @AVDANA, it's nice to see you here! Thanks for sharing this information with us. Apparently the issue is only happening with iOS platform, we're currently looking into this. However, I was wondering if your language is set to "Dutch"?

A great user shared a workaround that worked for her. Let's give it a try to see if that works for you too. Robot wink

Well, If you change the language of your phone from 'Dutch' to 'English', then the Female Health app does work.  After you started the Female Health app and put in your settings, you can change the language of your phone back to 'Dutch' and the female health app still works.

Thanks for moving the post to this board @NellyGSmiley Very Happy

Hope we can find a fix soon. I really appreciate your patience while we're working on this.
