I set up 2 fitbit ace lte's a few days ago. Everything looks good and appears to be working from my android phone and the Fitbit Ace app.
However, I set my wife up as a Parent in the family group so she would also have access to all the parent information (messages, location, etc.). After a little troubleshooting I was able to get it working.
However, in the Fitbit Ace app on her android phone, instead of displaying the child's names when she goes to the Message screen it says "Mommy" for both kids. This is also how it shows when she receives a call from one of them in the notification.
So, the first screen that lists the children's names is correct. But the Message section and the app notifications are incorrect.
How can we change this? Everything shows up correctly on my device.

Hi @Madjev this does sound strange! If your wife sends feedback via the app, we'll be able to take a look at what might be happening. Could you please ask your wife to tap on her profile on the top right, select Feedback and then follow the prompts?

I think it was on 1/1/2025 using my wife's email instead of mine since it was from her device (rather not post that publicly but if I have to I will) .
