School mode will not turn off. I've been using this feature for months without issue. Now it is stuck in school mode even after I disabled it and rebooted. Anyone else seen this?

Thank you both for reporting the issue. Are you able to recover and force the Ace LTE out of the school mode screen by changing the watch face?

Hello @XhinKai
The recommended troubleshooting is to change the Ace's clock face which should force the Ace out of school mode. This help page (<-- click) has the instructions on how to change the Noodle, which is basically changing the clock face.
Please let us know if this worked for you.

Thank you for the suggestions. While the changing of the watch face to force the ACE LTE of of the school mode does work for most folks here, it did NOT work for us. The change face watch option was grayed out and it was not available to change. That could be because we are use Family Link to manage and supervise all of our son's devices, including his FitBit Ace LTE. What ended up worked for us was a similar work around; by toggling and untoggling the the downtime and school time setting in Family Link. This architecture is quite confusing as there are two places to configure school time and assuming the Fitbit Ace LTE app has higher precedence, changes do not reflect real time changes. This is a big software bug. I hope it will get resolved soon.
