Message history in Fitbit Ace Android app gone

As of today, the message history between my child's Ace LTE watch and my android app have disappeared.  The history now just shows activity since late last night although there was a history of a couple of weeks.  My partner's app still has the complete history of her messages for the same time frame.  Both of us are using Pixel 8 phones.

The fact that your partner still shows message history when yours disappeared doesn't sound like normal behavior.

I'm going to check with my colleagues whose children are using the Ace LTE to see if they can provide any insight.

Please send a feedback report using the Fitbit Ace app:

• Tap on your picture/avatar in the upper right of the Fitbit Ace app
• Tap on Feedback and follow the prompts to submit the details of your issue.

Although you may not get a response, the team will receive & review the feedback/bug report.
