Timer feature stuck on "Loading..."

For the past 48 hours my son's countdown timer function is stuck on the word Loading...

This is one of his most used features for reading homework, etc 

Rebooting & shutting down did not fix the issue. Anyone know what app in the settings is driving the timer function? I'd like to try to clear cache and data for that app but don't want to go through randomly clearing out data and cache info.

As a quick follow up, he also tells me this is the same menu item where alarms are located.

Hello hcube,

We had the same issue with one of our FitBit Ace LTEs and I was able to solve the issue by going into the Family Link app on my phone and under the FitBit Ace, I found that the Clock app was blocked. I unblocked it and that resolved the issue.

Thank you Brett - I tried family link like you mentioned but it didnt work, however when i went back to the clock app in settings, this time i noticed there was a button within the settings to "enable" ... and now it works again! Thanks again for the clue.
