My Versa 2 died over 1 month ago, but the app continues to show activity. Have others had this issue? Is there a way to reset the app so that it is more accurate? I am curious how accurate it ever was.

There is no option to reset the Fitbit app, however like mentioned above, you might be registering steps and distance with your phone. For more information about how MobileTrack works, please visit this article. In addition, activities can be manually logged on your Fitbit Account as explained here.
