What is wrong with this app?? Syncing was fine until today (Sept. 2, 2024). Then at first sync the steps showed but then reverted to zero, and will not update despite repeated syncs. If you go back to previous days these also now revert back to zero steps. If you go back to the website you see your Lifetime step count increase (this still works), but you won't see your steps on the app. This is happening both on Android and iOS. Has anyone else run into this or have any suggestions? I don't find an app update available at this time.

It affects everyone as right now, just have to wait until it gets fixed.

My app stopped showing data after 8 am on 8/26, except for Active minutes (that still shows up). Data is there, and my One is apparently syncing to my iPhone 13 - the data shows up in summary in the weekly emails. I've tried resetting the One, logging out of the app & restarting the phone & then logging back in - doesn't work.

Thank you. I have the same issue. No steps showing on my app since 8-26 but my FitBit One continues to show my daily steps. Frustrating.

Same here (Fitbit One and Nokia/Android). None of the suggested fixes worked. The weekly progress reports by email seem to be correct.

I just updated the app on my phone - it said the update came out today - still not fixed.
