Bars and circles watch face not working

Hello, I have just purchased the ‘Bars and Circles’ watch face and it doesn’t work. I have the graphics but no data (time, stats). If I tap the bottom left circle my heart rate appears but that’s it. I have restarted my watch too. Any ideas?
