Bitmoji clock face stuck on preparing to teleport

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

Downloaded the Bitmoji watch face and connected it to SnapChat but it won't teleport.  I've kept the watch close and followed the necessary steps.  I disconnected and reconnected the app, restarted my watch, disconnected and reconnected Bitmoji to SnapChat, disconnected and reconnected bluetooth and no success.  I've revoked the watchface until I can get a result on how to solve this issue.  The excitement has officially wore off lol.

Thank you. (Fitbit Sense).

I have the same issue with a Galaxy S22 Ultra and a Fitbit Sense. It's really frustrating, to be honest as I have tried uninstalling all affected apps (Snapchat, Bitmoji, and Fitbit) and restarting both devices, and nothing.

Hello,

I installed the bitmoji clock face. Followed the instructions but I still can't connect. I have reinstalled it anytimes changing it to different clock face (which it loads instantly) BUT NOT THE BITMOJI clock face. It's says CONNECTING preparing to teleport goes on for hours. I don't know what I'm doing wrong. Can you help? Thanks

Nothing you can do until the Bitmoji app fix this problem , that is why the face can not be install because the Bitmoji app has a problem to download the face .

Thanks, but we've have all tried these tips and still haven't had any luck. Fitbit and Snapchat/Bitmoji needs to get together and come up with a fix, please. The problem is in the developers' ends, not the users'! There are quite a large amount of folks having the same issue, so with that being said, PLEASE help us all out and fix it! We love using Bitmoji with our Fitbit devices. Thanks!

I’ve had the exact problem. I reported it to Fitbit on Sunday and they acted like they hadn’t heard the problem before!!!! I told them it’s been reported for weeks on this community site! Haven’t heard a word back from Fitbit even though the problem was supposed  be escalated to a higher department.
