C25K app not saving progress

I used the app the first time and it was fine. At the end of the last 2 workouts, it vibrates when it's done counting down, but when I try to close the app even after the countdown is at 0, it tells me that it won't save my progress because the workout isn't done. Any suggestions? Thanks!

@mamapan I hope you're doing well! Thanks for taking the time to post the situation you are experiencing with the C25K app. Thanks for sharing the details about this.

 

Are you ending the workouts correctly? Do you see a summary of the exercise you have done after finishing it? 

 

If you are finishing the workouts correctly and still getting that message; please try uninstalling and reinstalling the app. Then, check if the same keeps happening.

I think I'm ending the work outs correctly. The timer gets to 0:00 and buzzes. When it's done buzzing I hit the X in the top right corner of the app on my Ionic. That's when I get the message that my progress won't be saved. 

 

*Am I* ending it correctly? There is NO instruction anywhere I've seen for this app at all so I have no idea if I'm doing it right. I mean, it seems pretty obvious that you end the app by hitting the X but I don't know. 

 

If I'm missing a user guide I'd love to know where it is.

@mamapan Thanks for your reply and for sharing those details. Yes, I believe you are ending the exercises the correct way. Thanks for sharing all of those details regarding this.

 

Did you uninstall and reinstall?

 

In this case, I'd recommend contacting the developer of this app and provide this feedback.. As there is no contact details you will need to report the app in order to get the feedback through. Please follow the instructions on this post in order to do this.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app, but I haven't had time to try it out yet. I reported the app, and sent a note to the developer also. Hopefully I'll be able to run the next few days, so I'll try it again and let you know.

I received an email today from the developer that they're working on the problem, and expect a fix by 1/11/19.

I am having the same problem with c25k not saving progress.  Has anyone else had this problem and been able to resolve it?  I have a query in to the c25k peeps as well.  Thanks! >^..^<

It's fixed for me now. I didn't do anything special that I can remember.
