I’m just setting up a new Versa 3 and having a problem which seems to have cropped up on here several times on here over the years but has been marked as resolved.
When I try to login to Uber from the app, it takes me to a page and prompts me to open on app. When I agree to that, it takes me to the log in button again ... then back to the web page and so on and on in a loop.
I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app on the phone, I have cleared cookies.
any suggestions?

Hi there, @GarethO. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with Uber App before reaching out.
In addition to the steps you've done so far, let's try the following:
- Uninstall and reinstall the Uber app once again.
- Restarted phone, watch and router.
- Make sure that IP was entered correctly and phone is connected to WIFI
- Bluetooth is ON and device is syncing on the app
- Permissions on apps are enabled
