Cannot set up Charge 5 and Inspire 2 together

I have 2 fitbit trackers and in the past I was able to have them both synced.  For some odd reason the app now makes me replace my current fitbit tracker if I purchase a second to use when my first is charging.  If anyone finds a workaround or if I'm wrong that the app developer removed this capability please let me know.  Just doesn't make sense to me.

Hello @wayogini and welcome to the Community.  I looked at your public profile and see that you are a long time Fitbit user.  You don't say what models are involved.  But I can tell you what happened over time.  Fitbit introduced its Gallery for clock faces and apps around the time the Charge 3 was released.  Fitbit made a fundamental change in its programming with that change.  You can only have one Fitbit that has a Gallery on your account at a time.  The is no workaround for this.  Many users want to have their newer Fitbit for most of the time and an older model for the dirty jobs.

Sorry to hear this - I upgraded to a charge 5 but still have my inspire 2. The charge battery doesn't last as long and is also so much clunkier. I like having a tracker on 24/7 and prefer wearing the Inspire when I want something dressier. Also the band on the charge is a step back - difficult to secure.

It seems that the code for 2 trackers is in the app somewhere and could be programmed.

Very disappointed
