Deezer won't activate

Why won't Deezer activate?  I've tried several times.  Also, why won't my airpods connect to my Sense?  Did I make a mistake with this purchase?  Sure am feeling like it.

Hi @GloriaLomen about Deezer what type of errors are you seeing? At what step does the failure occur? 

With the ipods. At what step of the process does it break down? Any errors? 

Just warning, like with Garmin, it is reported that the volume control does not work.

Sometimes Deezer will connect, sometimes it won't. As far as connecting to
the airpods, the Sense says it's searching but then says it can't be
found. Sill having problems with that.

I'm not understanding why Sense Controls won't stay connected either.
