Does FitOn app is compatible with Fitbit devices?

Hi team, I've been searching in the Fitbit community for 15 minutes to find all the relevant posts and am still unclear on the integration. Can you confirm, and then clearly lay out, the supported devices? FitOn says: Ionic, Sense, Versa, Versa 2, Versa 3 and Versa Lite. Is that up to date?

@shazaam11 Hi there. Thanks for the research done prior to posting. 

Please follow these instructions to link Fitbit with FitOn:

1. Go to Profile > Settings in our app & tap on Fitbit at the top
2. Select Install App which will take you to the Fitbit app so you can install our app on your watch
3. Once installed, open our app on your Fitbit which will display a 6-digit code
4. Head back over to our app on your phone & tap the Fitbit icon again
5. Finally, select Link Account to enter the code you’re seeing on your Fitbit device

You only have to complete this process once and after you link your device you simply need to open the FitOn watch app on your Fitbit before starting a workout to stream real-time heart rate & compete on our leaderboard.

This app can be installed on Fitbit Versa 3 and Fitbit Sense.

Yes there is a "fiton" app also in the Fitbit store you can add also to your watch!

There is a FitOn app for those devices that use apps. HOWEVER it simply provides a data bridge so that the device will capture information as an exercise session you do through the FitOn app.

I have the Versa 2, and I have the FitOn app on my phone and the FitOn app on my device. So when I start a class through the FitOn app on my phone, I then tap the FitOn icon on my watch. Then it will link the data between the Fitbit app and the FitOn app.

Does that make sense?

Coming at this issue in June and there is no Fitbit button in the FitOn app. What has changed and why? :'(

As a follow up to this thread I have a Versa3 and tried to install FitOn to my new fitbit and advised this is not available for the Versa 3. 

Sadly wasted a lot of money and have to use work arounds...not a great experience for my first Fitbit!!

This is pretty embarrassing but I emailed fitbit & fiton support and one of them told me to uninstall and reinstall the fiton app on my phone ... and the button showed up ... not sure why it didn't show up in the first place but hopefully this can help someone.

OMG.  I finally have it connected. It’s not in the settings like l the others. The Fitbit link is on the main screen if you keep scrolling down.

My Charge 3's screen no longer works. I've tried to restart- it hasn't worked for months so I am basically hobbling through life with a glorified pedometer that tracks my sleep. Is there a way to link the device using the Fitbit mobile app, instead of needing the watch to have the app on it? I'm hoping to enhance the limited functionality I still have in the device.
