The find my phone app which was working awesome, I really liked the feature, doesn't work now. I was on the trial, and at the end, Fitbit made me reset my watch. Now the find phone app doesn't work, and my favorite watch face is? I can't find it. Very disappointed.

Thanks for bringing this to my attention and I'm sorry that this started to happen after the troubleshooting steps suggested by our team. I understand how helpful the Find My Phone app is for you and let me help you with this. Just to confirm, by not working do you mean that it's not installed on your watch? Have you adjusted the settings or permissions of this app? Since you mentioned to be on the trial, I'd recommend to get in touch with the developer by using the link in the app description so they can take a deeper look.
About your other question, if what a factory reset was performed the apps and clock faces installed will be removed. While there isn't an option to see or install the previous clock face, you can visit the Fitbit App Gallery and search your clock face by using keywords. Please always make sure to have your watch and the Fitbit app updated so the clock faces can be installed correctly.

The app does not work. It says "Invalid Device ID"
I've entered the the serial number-no luck,
entered the IMEI number-no luck,
I've entered the ICCID number-no luck.
I've used device id name-no luck.
I've refreshed, and reset, restarted, nothing seems to work, so I paid for an app ($2.99) which does not work. I had a free version prior to the last update and it worked great. Now I pay and it does not work.
Like some other threads this is frustrating enough to loose confidence in fitbit and switch to a different device.

Mine took my IMEI and worked ONLY once...now does nothing even with bluetooth on and it connected to the fitbit app

Just to confirm, do you refer to a Find my Phone app created by a developer, or the Find my Phone app created by Fitbit? I'm asking this as if you're having issues with a third-party app you'll need to get in touch with them so you can share your feedback. You'll find their contact details in the app description in the Fitbit app.

My Find My Phone app on my (developed by Fitbit) Fitbit Versa Lite isn’t working it recognizes my phone but the phone won’t ring. I have my volume on all the way and sound effects all the way on but it still won’t work. Can you help me please?

Thanks for letting me know that the Find my Phone app isn't working correctly and for your the steps tried on your own. To work on this together, may I know if the Fitbit app is updated? Did you receive an error message on the Versa Lite? Please note that the Fitbit app needs to run in the background so your watch can stay connected via Bluetooth and this app can make your phone ring.

Thanks for trying the steps suggested above, I'm sorry this Find Phone app isn't working well on your watch. Just to confirm, did you get an error message on the watch when using this app? Is your watch syncing correctly? Also, did you make sure to have the Bluetooth enabled and Fitbit app running in the background?

My find my phone isn't working.
It says "Couldn't find your phone. Move to a different location and retry."
I believe I have allowed all location services to be present.. its synced to my phone as I just texted mt phone and it came up on my fit bit.
My fit bit app has full access and permissions.
Rebooted everything already
Very confused. Need help.

I'm sorry that this app isn't working on your watch and thanks for your efforts while working on this situation. Even though your watch is syncing, did you leave the Fitbit app running in the background of your phone? What's the model of your phone? Because your post didn't mention, I'd recommend removing and reinstalling the Find my Phone app on your watch. Once that is done, please give a try to the suggestions posted above and keep me posted of the outcome.

Wait a few minutes before using the Find Phone app on your watch and make sure to leave the Fitbit app running in the background.

I also tried uninstalling and reinstalling the Find my phone app for the Versa 2, but it still doesn't work for me.
The Find Phone option on my Versa 2, only works with the app open on the phone. If the app is running in the background, the option doesn't work, so it's totally useless.
I was told to wait for the second update for the wach. Here I have installed 35.72.1.23. It's frustrating not being able to use an option that the manufacturer boasts about.
When I lose my phone I don't have the app open, so I can't use the Find Phone app anyway, because it doesn't work.
I tried all the solutions but none of them worked. I restarted the watch and the phone, force stopped the app on the phone, reset the watch to factory settings, and connected it to the Fitbit app once again. I reinstalled the fitbit app on my phone and it still doesn't work. I did everything I read in and in the fitbit community articles. The phone was near the wach. Not working. The phone just doesn't ring.
I am using an OPPO Reno 6 5G phone with Android 12.
