I have the same problem. 
I tried restarting the phone. 
Then I uninstalled and reinstalled the app. 
then I uninstalled the app, restarted the phone, and reinstalled the app. 
still just flashes on the screen and closes.

It is not working on my newer iPhone or iPad, even though I was not logged in on the iPad. Still working on my husband's old phone, which is a iPhone 7

Same. Starting today 2 March 2023 app crashes immediately. Tried hard stopping app, restarting iPhone 8 and still no luck.

I’m having the same issue! I have iPhone 12 Pro Max. So annoying as I pay for the premium version so I’d like it to work!

I can’t get hold of anyone on the support chat or phone number!

To whom do we report this issue?  I have IPhone 12.  I have restarted my phone several times, finally deleted and reinstalled the app. Still crashed upon opening. This is frustrating. Does anyone at Fitbit read this message board?

Same! Iphone 13, I have done all the usual suspects. Uninstall, reinstall, turn my phone on and off etc.....still just flashing and then immediately closing.
