For the last several weeks, my Fitbit app has essentially been frozen. I pay for premium and all I can see are my steps for the day (no previous days) and weight that I logged weeks ago. If I delete the app and reload do I lose all my information? Has anyone else had trouble recently?

Hi @Jeannen2 - reinstalling is not the easiest of remedies tor the problem.
It also depends on the watch you use. If you recently did a firmware upgrade try turning off Bluetooth and turning it on again and sync. If not
Logout of the Fitbit App and swipe off the active window and in Android clear the storage cache and force stop it and then restart the phone.
Make sure there are no other devices running the Fitbit app.
Restart the watch by holding the button for 10 seconds till it vibrates and the logo appears and wait for it to start.
Login and wait for any pair, link or Fixit prompts and sync.
