Free Clock Faces?

Why do all the clock faces cost money? Where are the free ones?

I am trying to fine the free clock faces for my Versa. I do not see the card with the hole in the upper right corner. How do I find that? Is it on the main page?

Hey Carla,

To get to "free clocks" menu:



+ Go to fitbit app

+ Click "account"

+ Choose what device your using

+ Head to clock faces

+ Click the tab "all clock"

+ Scroll all the way to the bottom and it should be the second FROM THE BOTTOM.

Capitan, I love the Llama watch face that I have on my Versa Lite!  I have a problem with the heart rate.  It never changes.  I have the permissions toggled on and if I check the Fitbit itself my heart rate is changing on it.  Is there anything you can do to help me out?

Sorry, never heard about this issue. I can only give the general advice to check that the permissions are granted correctly (what you obviously did) and to wear the the bracelet not to loose.

Do you have similar problems with other clockfaces? Perhaps you want to try other clockfaces from me (CD Blossom Dahlia, CD Breathe). They have similar programing and if you have the same problems then perhaps I have a real issue if all other clockfaces don't show this malfunction.

I attempted putting the 2nd llama on my watch and it would not load on my
watch at all, twice. You be of the blossom faces loaded with no problems.

Hi Matt,

I was very excited when this feature was implemented.  However, when I try to view them, they do not all come up.  It has worked for me in the past but for probably the last month, I get maybe 15 that come back.  Has anyone else reported this?  Thanks!

There are a lot of free ones, i have 5 clocks faces all free and to my liking.

Versa watch don't have blood pressure sensor, so clock faces can't display it.
