MyAgenda app syncing fine with Google Calendar on my Versa until 4 days ago. Now it won't sync, and when I try and log in to Google Calendar through the MyAgenda App (through fitbit App) I get the 500: This is an error. Try again alter. from Google.
Also got the same when trying to log in to this forum with my Google account.
Anyone experiencing the same, know how to resolve?

Welcome to the Fitbit Community @ZoeLouise90, hope you're doing great today! Hmmm... this is very strange my friend. Thanks for bringing this to my attention.
I'd recommend restarting your Fitbit Versa, then try syncing both apps to see if the restart helped. If you keep having difficulties when trying to sync MyAgenda app, I'd recommend uninstalling and reinstalling the app:
Also, check if the MyAgenda app has an update available. To manually check for app updates, in the list of apps installed on your watch, find the app you want to check. You may have to scroll down to see some apps. Tap or click the name of the app, if the app has a pending update, there is a pink Update button next to its name. Click it to update the app.
If none of this solve the syncing issue, note that with third party apps, note that Fitbit doesn't own or maintain third party integrations. So, in this case is recommendable to contact the third party developer to learn more about the functionally of the app.
To contact the developer please open their app on the Fitbit App Gallery, scroll/swipe down and under "App Details" you will find the information.
Hope to hear good news. Keep me posted!

Thanks for this.
Tried all of the uninstall/remove etc. those haven't worked. Doesn't appear that the App needs an update either. Updated my general Fitbit app this morning, that didn't make a difference.
Interesting that the same happened on desktop when trying to create a forum account using my Google+ this morning too. I think the issue must be Google end perhaps?
Very annoying as this app was one of the most useful things about my new Versa!

Thanks for trying the suggestions I posted @ZoeLouise90. If anything worked, I'd try to reach out the developer of MyAgenda app plus Google to see if the issue is coming from their end.
If you can get in touch with either of them, share here the outcome!

Hi Zoe,
I'm the developer of My Agenda.
Thanks for reporting, I've sent you a mail to clarify this issue.
The login process within the App settings of the Fitbit app will be done using the default browser app of your phone. I had two customers who had problems because they used BING and DASHLANE app for browsing. Please check this setting and maybe use another browser while you login to your Google account. You can check and change that in the Android Settings -> Apps & Notifications -> Advanced -> Default apps -> Browser app.
Please keep us informed it it helps.

Been in contact with developer via E-mail (Stefan) - super helpful! Problem was solved by installing firefox on my device, setting as default browser and then logging in.
I've since done the same thing on my pc desktop and this also now allows me to sign into the Fitbit community with my Google account.
It's obviously a fault Google end with authentication on certain browsers (although it was chrome for which it wasn't working), very annoying bug that hopefully will be sorted with a later browser update.
Thanks for the help Stefan. Pleased to have MyAgenda back on my wrist! I was lost without it!

Changing to Firefox and restarting worked for me, but Google will not stay signed-in. Also, the firefox browser pop-up window seems to disappear sometimes when authenticating with Google. I have had to switch default browsers on the phone and back to firefox to login... but still does not keep me logged in.
I am still evaluating the app. I like that is syncs with exchange and Google Calendar both, but I can't keep signing in manually to get updates.
Ideas?

I like the watch face my agenda app, but your kpay does not seem to want my paypal account to use it for more than a day. I have no problem using paypal anywhere else.

Hi I'm the developer of My Agenda.
Google has partly disabled the Calendar API access for My Agenda, because they verify My Agenda to match their recent user data policies. They surprised me two weeks ago with this information, because they had never done such verification before.
I hope this process will be finished soon.
For the K-Pay issue contact me directly - the mail address can be found in the Fitbit gallery,
Best regards,

So I’m on my one day trial and can’t log into google from the Fitbit app settings. Is there a way to do this? I don’t want to spend the money of it won’t work for what I need.
