Gym Genius and Gym Timmer apps won't load

Has anyone using these apps? I am having a hard time getting them loaded and directions to use them. I have looked at the website and linked Gym Genius but cant get Gym Timmer in it and then cant seem to find instruction as to be able to use it on my Versa ? Frustrated !

Hello there @JJP2, it's nice to see a new member around! I'm sorry to hear you're having difficulties getting these 2 apps to work on your Versa. 

 

To use Gym Genius app, you must create an account at https://www.geniuswrist.com and a subscription will be required to unlock all app features.

Now, I was wondering if for the Gym Timmer you're trying to use the Gym Timmer by Nathan S or Gym Timer Pro also by Genius Wrist? If you're using the second one, follow the same instructions I've provided above. Also, you can see: How do I install and manage apps on my Fitbit watch?

In addition, I'd like to mention that that for future references, with third party apps, note that Fitbit doesn't own or maintain third party integrations. So, in this case (since they belong to a third-party app) is recommendable to contact the developer to get more detailed information about the app. 

 

To contact the developer please open their app on the Fitbit App Gallery, scroll/swipe down and under "App Details" you will find the information.
