I woke up this am and my clock screen and any other screen that utilizes the green pixels seems to be just going away - not sure if this can be fixed or would be covered under warranty. I received this as a Christmas gift just a little over a month ago.

Have you rebooted your Ionic? Hold left and bottom right buttons together for 10secs (Until you see Fitbit logo). If that doesn't fix your problem, I would say it's a hardware fault.
You would need to contact Fitbit support for further assistance in that case.
