Hi,
I am using a Fitbit Ionic (Version: 27.72.1.9, Available memory 2416 MB).
When trying to install the Philips Hue App (Philips Hue by Fitbit | Fitbit App Gallery) it seems that the installatiion is about to be completed but then it shows the start screen with the Install button in red.
Please look at my entire (it is only 49 seconds long) and unedited video https://youtu.be/VdyFvbjxatg where you can see the behaviour.
What can I do to successfullt install the Phillips Hue app?

Hi there @GeekBit, nice to see you around. Thanks for sharing the video of your Ionic while trying to use this clock face, you've done a great job trying the mentioned steps on your post.
Please note you need to use the Fitbit app on a phone with the requirements mentioned in this help article. Confirm that you've followed all step to change the clock face on your Ionic, see How do I change the clock face on my Fitbit device?
You can also try to force quit the Fitbit app, restart your phone, sync your Ionic and try again.
Hope this helps and have a nice day.

Sorry I might have written it wrong but the Philips Hue App is NOT a clockface, it is an APP.
What I am trying to show in my video is that I click Install on the Philips Hue App and then grant all permissions the Philips Hue App requires.
Then I expect the App to be installed which doesn't happen.
Look at my video and watch what happens to the red progress bar!
It starts with almost 100%.
After waiting for a while (around 0:21 in the video) it starts from 0% and goes up to 100% quite fast.
From 0:28 to 0:46 the progress bar seems to be stuck at 100%.
And at 0:47 it shows the Install button again. The installation seemed to be started but it was never completed!
What can I do to troubleshoot the failing installation process?
The currently installed Apps on my Fitbit Ionic are working fine, but I cannot install new Apps.
