Just got the versa and when I go to the all app in the app gallery, it just continues to refresh and nothing loads. Is there something wrong with the gallery?

Here's a screenshot of it.

I have the ionic and I am having this issue with the clock and app gallery.  I have uninstalled the app, restarted my phone (iPhone 7 plus), and reinstalled the app to no affect.  I also have the most recent iOS update so I know it’s not my device or software.

I have just purchased an Ionic (my 3rd Fitbit device) and have the same problem...

After the initial set-up and firmware update the ionic now displays a 'Clock Error' but the Fitbit app will not display any Clock Faces or Apps - the device screen (iPhone 6s) remains blank - so I cannot load a clock face ?

Best Answer

Same here-no app gallery and no clock gallery.  Restarted the Ionic, reinstalled Fitbit on my 5S and still does not work.  And the weather app is not syncing as well.

I’ve been having this problem on iOS 11 since the latest Fitbit app update.

@JeffLB2 There was an outage of the system and it has now been solved. So, to sum up, it's not crap at all and since you like tags #ilovemyionic

The whole Fitbit system just "went down"?... 😂

How does that happen? No redundancy? No failover?

Btw- still not fixed.
