Thanks for your help! Sorry if I don't have the right forum for the question.
Honestly, it is the major reason I purchased the Versa 2. I've had a Charge 2 for a long time and like it a lot for tracking activity and sleep, but I teach dance and was looking for a smart watch that could connect to my iPod to run my music. The Fitbit sites all say that it's compatible, but I haven't been able to find anything online to help me get it connected.
I appreciate the link - it's one I came across too, but it's about losing the connection instead of not being able to get it connected.
Sadly, if I can't find a way to connect it, it's probably going to be returned. 😞
Thanks again for your help - I do appreciate it.

Hello -
I have been a Fitbit user for a long time, but just got the Versa 2. Everything in the initial setup went well except that it won't connect to my iPod to play music. My iPod shows that it's connected by bluetooth, but when I try to add the audio device, the connection always fails.
Please help!

Hello and welcome @ReenaD
The iPod is more of an add on feature. I’m not sure if this post belongs here in the iOS Forum or in the Fitbit App Gallery Forum. But I did dig around a bit and found this: https://community.fitbit.com/t5/iOS-App/Having-trouble-syncing-with-iPod/td-p/2886338
😃 Hopefully the link provides you with a solution. Keep me posted

I really want to get you help. It should connect. I’m going to move your post to the Fitbit App Gallery and hopefully you will get a more relevant answer there. 😃
In the meantime make sure your “All Day Sync” is enabled. That may help!
