Says Make sure your phone’s Bluetooth is on, then sync your device using the Fitbit mobile app. Or it says to start playing Spotify on another device and it will Connect to a device. Start Spotify on another device and it will appear here. - but it never does appear on my Fitbit versa. I have reset phone, deleted and reinstalled Spotify apps on both iPhone and Fitbit, reset both iPhone and Fitbit. Lots of time wasted, very frustrating.
