What happened to Starbucks icon and application? Did update 12-24-18 and now it is missing. Not the Christmas present I was looking for.

@HumbleRunner Welcome! It's great to see you around! Sorry to hear that your Starbucks app is missing from your device. I guess you either have a Versa or an Ionic. If the app is missing please uninstall it from the Fitbit app, sync your device and and install it again and sync it.

Thanks not sure what happened but when I looked at my watch this morning the app had returned both on my phone and on my computer. They were not there prior. Please thank whomever threw the switch that corrected this situation.

Great news @HumbleRunner! I'm glad to hear your Starbucks app is back.
We received some similar reports about apps missing after updating the OS on Ionic/Versa, later in that day everything was back to normal.

Hello! My Starbucks app disappeared from my versa after the update also. I had to go to the apps section in versa and update manually by clicking on it, and then it reappeared on my versa after it finished updating. Hope this helps.

That does not help. How can you remove it when it is gone, and how do you 'reinstall it'? From where??

My Starbucks app has not returned and I don't see it listed in the 'available apps' section. What can I do to get it back. My FAVORITE feature!!
I have no idea what the OS update did. I don't like the way the exercise choices lay out now. So much easier to read before.

Mine device is an iPhone. To have the app show on your watch, go to the FitBit app on your phone, and tap on your icon/picture in the upper left corner, then tap the “Versa” with the arrow, then tap APPS, then tap all apps of the Starbucks App isn’t under my apps, then tap to install the Starbucks app. Once you have the app you’ll have to add your Starbucks card to the app by tapping the gear on the right hand side, then tap the settings arrow, then tap the Starbucks card number, enter your number and tap save. Then sync your Versa again. Hope this helps.
