I tried to install the Fitbit coach app 2 days ago & it is still trying to install. It is draining the battery on my watch & I cant delete or stop the app.

Please log out from the Fitbit app, force quit it, reboot your phone and log back in. Keep in mind that up to 39 apps can be installed on your watch at a time.
Once the troubleshooting mentioned above has been performed, try installing the Fitbit Coach app again:

I’ve tried the steps you listed above, as well as trying to shut down my Fitbit, and even tried a factory reset. None have worked. It’s constantly trying to install and draining my battery. Any other suggestions?

Please confirm to perform the following:
- Restart your Fitbit device
- Follow these steps to install the Fitbit Coach app
- Sync your Fitbit
- Make sure all the appropriate app permissions are ON
- Try with Wi-Fi and cellular data, make sure phone is nearby with the Fitbit app running in the background for apps to access this
