@Gaz46 A warm welcome to the Fitbit Community. Thanks for the details mentioned.

Please log out from the Fitbit app, force quit it, reboot your phone and log back in. Keep in mind that up to 39 apps can be installed on your watch at a time.

Once the troubleshooting mentioned above has been performed, try installing the Fitbit Coach app again:

  1. With your watch nearby, in the Fitbit app, tap the Today tab

     > your profile picture > your device image.
  2. Tap Apps > All Apps.
  3. Browse the available apps. When you find the one you want to install, tap it.
  4. Tap Install.
  5. Some apps require certain permissions in order to work properly, such as access to the internet or the ability to run in the background. Review these requested permissions and tap Install to add the app to your device. Note that some permissions can cause your phone to use more data. If you decide at a later time that you don’t want an app to have certain permissions, you can adjust these permissions.

Let me know how it goes. I'll be around if you have any additional questions.

I’ve tried the steps you listed above, as well as trying to shut down my Fitbit, and even tried a factory reset. None have worked. It’s constantly trying to install and draining my battery. Any other suggestions?
