Fitbit versa 2 is not able to connect to my spotify or find my phone app. I have one plus 5 which isn't in the supported phone list. Shall I return the watch?

What kind of support is this? Is there a live chat that fitbit can resolve our issue?

Hi @Kate3180 you are on the community support page. This is where your fellow Fitbit users donate their time to help other Fitbit users with their issues.
Yes their will be times that no user feels, or understands a problem.
Yes Fitbit has several ways of contacting support.
- Tap on the top right of this page for the slide out menu and tap contact Fitbit.
- Tap on the link to help that is found below, then tap Contact Fitbit.
- Tap on settings through the Fitbit App on the phone, then Help, then Contact Support.
- Some users also contact Fitbit through Facebook or Twitter.
I confused as to what the issue is.
With this thread about the Spotify app on the tracker, and your response saying that you have the same problem with the Fitbit app on the phone. I'm confused.
