Versa 3 keeps trying to install Coach app. I have 4 times factory reset the watch, uninstalled and reinstalled the Fitbit app and set up the watch as a new device. It is still trying to install the Coach App. Any ideas?

Same for me, I have been in touch with Fitbit support. I have been told various things, sent a link on how to manage apps and lastly a message saying that I can’t have coach anymore. Although I could have it if I pay for Premium. Despite sending images I feel like they do not understand the issue. So frustrating.
I have premium, but still its a problem @PurpleMox
I think the app isn’t In there anymore so it cant be updated or deleted

MarreFitbit,
I am getting the same message, but I am also getting that the sync is not working, and I did the fix and I am still getting that message. It started when I updated my Fitbit Versa 3. I have not contact support yet, but am heading that way
Best AnswerMy versa 3 has recently updated and appears to be in an install loop for the coach app which is under my apps, the app doesn’t exist in all apps when searching so not sure what has gone on,
I've tried powering off the watch / my Phone, delete the app, everything I can think of!
Im unable to go into the app to remove it from within Fitbit app, this is causing massive battery issues as it’s been trying to install for 2 days now
has anyone managed to fix this
Tengo entendido que no se instala porque el 30 de julio desaparece esa aplicación a pasa a ser de premium, porque a mi también me pasa y lo pregunte y de soporte me indicaron lo que te acabo de comentar
Same problem. It seems that the update of Fitbit Coach is in stuck.
I applied a recent firmware upgrade to my Versa 3. It also resulted in several apps being updated. However, Coach is perpetually trying to upgrade and I can't stop it. As a result, it is killing the batteries on my phone and my Versa 3. Come to find out Coach is "no longer" available for download. So why is it trying to upgrade an app which no longer exists? How can I stop it? I've never used the app so I don't care it is no longer available. I just want to remove it from trying to upgrade.
I've tried rebooting my Android and Versa 3 several times. I've turned off bluetooth on both. I've tried disabling wifi on the Versa 3. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the Fitbit app several times on my phone. I've reset my Versa 3 to factory defaults. Nothing I've tried seems to work and Coach continues to try to install.
I spoke with John at technical support this morning, and he had me do a factory reset on my Fitbit, and now (knock on wood) everything is working just fine. That maybe the answer. Remove all instances of Fitbit from the blue tooth, and do a factory reset, connect it to the charger. Once it is finished the app and Fitbit works great
