Versa 3 not connected to the internet

Had my versa 3 for several years, no issues, regularly used the Alexa to sets timers.  However last week suddenly I was no longer able to use this function and get “No internet. Check the internet connection in your phone”. This is at home on Wi-Fi and my phone is definitely connected to the internet. The same issue when out and using 4G. I've turned both phone and Fitbit off and on, closed the app, deleted and reinstalled the app, checked the internet is on in the app. iPhone SE for info.

Nothing is working! Help!

Hi @Michmick - some Fitbit App functions require full internet access that other phone functions don't need.

See if this helps. No Internet connection

Hi @Michmick and @Guy_, welcome to the Fitbit Community! It's great to have you here!

Let me help you with the "No internet" message you receive while trying to access the gallery. Thank you for your contribution @Guy_

With your mobile phone, disable Private DNS:

Android: Tap Settings > Network & Internet > Private DNS.
iOS: Refer to Turn a private address off for a network.

Some Android devices have this path. If you think you need further help with a device from another brand, like Samsung, refer to the manufacturer’s help center or user support when necessary.

My phone is a iPhone 16 how do I fix this. When I log into Amazon to get the Alexa app to connect it won’t give me the option to who agreed to permissions for the Fitbit

I believe the Alexa integration is currently broken. That’s nothing we could do except waiting for a fix from either Fitbit or Amazon.
