Hello Fitbit users and app designers !!!!!

What is going on the new App or is there something wrong with my Charge 4?

Why my Fitbit stopped displaying workout zone minute breakdowns and the heart rate graphs also gone?

That’s great. But how did you get to it? I can’t find it.  I just updated the app this morning, and I’ve got a premium subscription but I can’t find that page.

It’s not readily apparent. I can’t get to this via the exercise session on my Home Screen. Instead I have to click on the weekly exercise details and then click on the session.

First I had to click on the weekly exercise section, then click on this session for the details.

Agree with Rhondakap, I have found this chart before but it’s hard to find and I don’t think it always shows up. My individual exercise page also usually glitches and I have to force close the app. So it only sometimes works.

But after hours of clicking and sliding and back again, I did NOT get it.

Why dont I get the same? We have the same app..? I guess the tracker cant be the reason, I've got a charge 5.

WHY IS NO-ONE FROM FITBIT CLARIFYING THIS DIFFERENCE FOR US IN THIS FORUM? Helloooo?

I’m  in europe and they dont do emailsupport so I have to call to the states? The helppages are for watches not the app. Maybe stupid but how do I send a support ticket? Till yesterday I thought a fitbit moderator would solve the problem…

Maybe the update for the states has the graph like rondakapp and the  europe update dont? (still cant find it)

The graph is here, but the colours make it virtually undecipherable and thus virtually worthless.

I was looking forward to an excuse to buy a Charge 6. I cannot imagine buying one now.

I love my Garmin. Many of the features you have to pay for with Fitbit Premium are just included on Garmin's watches. In the past I would have said that Fitbit had the better app, but now much data has been removed and when I click on any of my runs, the app freezes and won't allow me to scroll or go back.

that's so untrue - there have been thousands of complaints about the new update and the moderator hasn't even responded. So you have lost another customer.

I am deeply saddened by the experience that you had and can definitely understand if that made you lose your faith with Fitbit. However, I do completely understand you since it really is hard to use the new Fitbit app and our development team is slowly rolling new updates to integrate all the requests of the customers.
I know where you are coming from since I am also a customer by the end of the day.

You know, If I could do that, I will. However, since the update is done by the higher ups, there's nothing I can do but to send them a request that there are customers who really want the old version of the Fitbit app.

Thanks @maryob for sharing the chats.

There has been a bunch of deaf ears at Fitbit/Goggle with regards to listening/responding to customer feedbacks.

I just updated my Fitbit app today, and discovered that all of the useful exercise details and graphs are now GONE. Googled for answers, and found this post. So I’m adding my voice to this complaint. The new app is useless! It tells me virtually nothing about my workouts. This is all I get now.

Seriously, this latest update is ridiculous. Why would they destroy the app like this? They better fix this, because the app is worthless now
