I have a galaxy s21 ultra 5g, and a fitbit sense. I've power cycled everything, double checked updates, made sure everything is connected but when I go to the mobile app to open the gallery, it says oops, no internet connection.
Best AnswerI also have a galaxy s21 and have the same issue. I contacted customer support and they shared with me that they are aware of the problem. When I asked about a timeline or how to know when it is fixed I received the following response... "Due to the complexity of this issue, we're unable to provide an exact time frame for this but our specialized team is diligently working on a full resolution to this specific issue. Keep an eye for the next available updates as it fix bugs and will help us resolve this issue."
Best AnswerGoto settings - >apps->all apps-> gallery and open gallery app and clear its cache file. And then go to app drawer and open gallery. If you see your photos there then your problem is fixed. If not try another method
