How do you see who voted?

We used to be able to see who the votes/kudos were from.  Many of us would still like to.  How do we do that now?

@Rich_LaueIt doesn't work on the mobile but it works on the computer

It use to work on the phone in both mobile and full desktop mode .Then removed from mobile and soon after removed from full desktop in the phone. 

I guess full desktop mode is not full desktop. Oh well
