I'm unable to get any of the Advanced sleep analytics data in the Fitbit app. It shows the circling icon and then crashes back to the main Fitbit dashboard.
I am wearing the device to sleep and I am not using the "start sleep" function. The device is positioned appropriately on my wrist.
If I can't get this fixed, the device is going to be returned to the store.

@saxblue Hi there. Thanks for the details mentioned.
I see where your disappointment is coming from. In this case, I'd like you to try the following troubleshooting:
- Log out from the Fitbit app
- Force quit it
- Restart your phone
- Log back in
Hope this helps.

These steps don't work. Just thought you should know. The app continues to crash when trying to view advance sleep analytics after following these steps. After deleting the app and reinstalling. And despite all the watch recording sleep metrics for other things as well.
There appears to be a bigger issue that can't be fixed by simply restarting the phone.

What your are reporting seem a bug on the app. Are you using iOS or Android? I can do then move this discussion in the suitable section that maybe you can have more support/feedback.

I think you are right..it does appear to be a bug.
But based on searching this forum and google it appears this is a common issue effecting some percentage of the Fitbit community since at least October of 2020. I dont think I could add anything at this point that hasn't already been on this forum or via more help desk tickets that is going to all of a sudden help find the issue.
One of the things I did spot in my searches is those steps are regularly offered as a possible solution to this bug, and I just wanted to add that they don't correct the issue.
Just hoping my response here helps the next person avoid spending too much time trying to find a solution.

Oh, and I'm using the iOS app just in case the Android one seems to be working perfectly.
