I was told my Fitbit Sense came with free Premium and free calm for 6 months. I was NOT told the Premium had to be bought through Fitbit and not through Apple. Now I do not have and access code to activate Calm. Perhaps this information needs to be imparted to consumer in the "orders" email.

I took part in the Ionic recall discount, no calm code as I didn't "purchase" the 6th months free premium, though I did add 12 month premium to my order.
Did a chat session and fitbit will not help me, poor show Fitbit, poor show.
