Calorie counts not matching up

I was wondering why the calorie counts for workouts in Fitbit Coach aren't the same when the same workout is done through Fitbit Premium Video Workouts.  For example, I just did the Strong Start workout (which is 188 calories in Fitbit Coach) through Premium, but when I synced my app after I completed the workout, it only gave me 83.  What is up with that???

Just a theory: as far as I remember Fitbit Coach (rip) didn't support the heart rate to calculate the calories burned and therefore the value was very much a guesstimate. The new workout should instead use HR to calculate the calories burnt for a more precise value.
