Looking though these (for help), I think I should relay my own experience of Fitbit questionable practice.
On opening up the app this afternoon to track a walk, I was offered 90 days free trial of Premium.
I've tried it a long time ago and wasn't very impressed. However, with this 'free' offer, I thought Id see if there were any changes and (foolishly) accepted.
I was immediately charged 79.99 sterling for 12 months subscription!
On contacting support, I received similar a similar shrug to what's been conveyed in this thread - 'non refundable', 'talk to Apple' etc etc I was asked for a screenshot of the offer for Pete's sake. The offer had of course vanished as soon as my money was taken.
I'm stuck with a purchase I wasn't prepared to make at this stage and £79.99 out of pocket.
This feels like sharp practice and Im not sure if its even legal in the UK to refuse a refund within a matter of hours...?
