I bought a Fitbit for my mother. A free 3 month trial membership came with it. She never even used the membership. Now I’m trying to cancel. I purchased Fitbit online. It says contact customer service. I did. They tried multiple things. Finally, we went to billing department via online. Tried to sign in, but says it’s invalid email, but I can still sign on via website/app. The agent had to bump me up to more advanced customer service. Have yet to hear from them. They are having a hard time cancelling a membership for watch that was a gift in which the free trial came with it. At that time of purchase there was no option of non-auto redeem. I will never buy a Fitbit just because of this. If I get charged I will have to go to my bank. Any ideas on how to resolve this?

From a Moderator: "you need to do the following procedure to cancel your Fitbit Premium subscription:

Once you're redirected to Google Play please make sure to follow this procedure to cancel the subscription on Google Play.
Keep in mind that Fitbit subscriptions are non-refundable. However you could always contact Google Play, sometimes they provide refunds. "

Thank you for the suggestion. Greatly appreciated. Weird thing was that it was not under the manage subscriptions. Good news is that a Supervisor just got back to me and they went ahead and canceled it for me. Thanks and I will close out this thread (if I can).

This advice doesn’t work. I’ve been going round in circles for two hours trying to cancel my membership.
where is the website option to cancel? Please post a link that doesn’t take me to the US site.
