How can I Cancel Fitbit premium

I recently purchased an Inspire 2 and it came with a free year of premium. I exchanged it today for a Charge 4. That doesn’t come with the free year. Will I now be charged for it? I cancelled it on my iPhone but it says it is still available until May 30 2022.

Hi, I've just used the online chat to cancel, as I signed up online & not in the app.  Really easy.

Nope. I purchased an Inspire 2 and it came with a free year. Then I returned the Inspire 2 and purchased a Charge 4 which I am loving. So I am unsure how to proceed. It shows in my iPhone media subscriptions and I can renew or cancel there. I cancelled. But when I look it says I can still access premium until May 2022.

While I do like some of the things about premium I don’t love them enough to pay 10.00 a month for them.

I thought when I changed out my Fitbit and installed the Charge 4 it would cancel it but it seems not.

@Merricat canceling the subscription means that it will not be renewed at the expiration date. 

Let's say my paid or free premium expires in July 31. I cancel it today. I have already paid up to the end of July, so until then I have an ongoing subscription. 

However August. 1st, the auto renewel will not happen and my premium subscription will be no more.

Okay. Maybe I am okay then. It was a free year from Fitbit. I just thought it would reverse when I activated a different device. Thank you for your comment. 🙂
