I'm thinking about purchasing a new inspire 2, which says it comes with a free 1-year trial of Premium, "for new premium users". What qualifies as a "new premium user"? I did a 3-month free trial about a year ago, but cancelled it before paying. Would I still be able to use the free 1-year trial that comes with the inspire? Or do I not count as a "new premium user" because I've used a trial of it in the past? I've done a bit of searching but have been unable to find clarification on what exactly that means.

I have heard new or returning premium users, but to be sure, I think you should ask Fitbit support 🙂

I agree with @LokeAa, I've never seen a consistent result on the application of the new users rule so better asking Fitbit Support
