I've been charged $84.39 for Premium subscription and want to cancel it since I stopped using the app a year ago. Can't do it through Google because it doesn't show up, Fitbit can't because it's through Google. I have a dispute claim with my credit card company and hopefully that works. It's hard to do.

Hi there @bjfons! Welcome to the Fitbit Community!
Thank you for informing us that you cannot cancel your Fitbit subscription through either Google or Fitbit.
Hi @Odyssey13, thanks for the input!
@bjfons Try to use this link in order to cancel the subscription: Cancel, pause, or change a subscription on Google Play There you will find a blue button "Cancel subscription".

Per Odyssey, i already had my subscription renewed but I still can't cancel it because it doesn't show up on my Google account. Fitbit says they can't cancel it because it's on Google. Nobody to talk to at Google, so I'm running in circles.
I've made a unauthorized transaction claim with my credit card company as my option now. This whole process is BS.

If a user doesn't cancel premium before the renewal date, fitbit will renew. Maybe this thread may help.
If I have any hesitation on purchasing, I setup a virtual card through the Privacy app. I can choose the maximum charge, make the card one time use, or cancel if I'm having issues in subscribing.
