All my Fitbit data disappeared before the upgrade to Google smartwatch. To recover they suggest under Settings finding Export Your Account Archive but no such thing exists. How do I Request my data?

Hi there, @Ze1.

Thanks for sharing these details and for your efforts while working on this matter. Because you mentioned having a Google Pixel Watch, may I know if you completed the migration process of your account? I'm asking this as the process to export your data will differ after the migration.

Assuming that's your case, I'd recommend checking this help article which explains how to request an archive of your data through Google.

Regarding your other concern, as long as your device syncs with the Fitbit app, your data will remain in your account. If that's not your case, please update the Fitbit app, reboot your phone and from the Fitbit app pull down on the screen to force a manual sync.

I agree. It's so frustrating. Before Fitbit went to Google, we were able to export our activity data for a custom date selection period. Now we can't; however, we cab delete data for a custom date selection period... which makes no sense at all.

Welcome to the forums, @DaniJStuart.

Thanks for taking the time to share your feedback. I understand where you're coming from about the new process to export your data and I'm sorry for any inconveniences this has caused. Fitbit is always looking for ways to improve your experience with our services, and feedback like yours helps us to achieve that.

At this time, my best advice is to support this idea posted in the Product Feedback board so our developers can keep tracking this request over time.
