I ordered the $29.95 two-year coverage plan for my Fitbit. I paid for it with GPay. It said to enter the six-digit verification code that would be found next to the $1.95 temporary charge to the card I used. That code is next to the MCT per the instructions. No problem, I went to my card's transactions page. If you look below, it only has five digits. The verification screen insists on six digits. Not surprisingly, after the allowed six tries, it refused to verify. I tried putting a zero in front and in back. That did not work. I tried a 1 in front and in back ... you get the idea. Not surprisingly, after various failed tries it shut me down.
So, am I missing something or is it that programmers cannot count? How do I get a coverage plan if I am asked for a six-digit code but only receive a five-digit code?
