Cast to Samsung Smart TV?

Is the Fitbit Cast feature compatible with Samsung smart TV? My Fitbit app and Samsung TV are on the same wifi network but the app doesn't see the TV. I can use the screen mirroring feature on the Android but I have to get out of the app first to do that.  I would prefer to use the Cast feature in the app.

It seems like the Fitbit Cast feature might not be directly compatible with your Samsung smart TV. While screen mirroring works through Android, using the Cast feature within the app could offer a smoother experience.
